Poshak began with one woman, one apartment, and a belief that quality would speak for itself.

In 2004, our founder Yumna started Poshak from her apartment, selling Pakistani clothing from home to family, friends, and members of the local community. What began as a small, word-of-mouth operation quickly grew as customers returned for the quality, fit, and genuine service they couldn’t find elsewhere.

After a decade of steady growth and loyal support, Poshak opened its first physical store in Liverpool, Sydney, in 2014; turning a home-based passion into a dedicated boutique.

Today, Poshak is a family-run business specialising in Pakistani formal, casual, and bridal wear, with over two decades of experience and industry knowledge behind every piece.

Our vision is to make Pakistani fashion more accessible across Australia while preserving the authenticity, craftsmanship, and cultural meaning behind every piece. We aim to give customers a genuine experience - from the way garments are selected and fitted to the care taken in guiding each individual.
